We are a school of languages exclusively devoted to the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. Since 1995 our aim has been that, together with the learning of the language, the student also enjoys the history of Spain, its art and culture.

    To make this possible, the Hernan Cortes Institute has developed its own methodology and is assisted by a team of highly qualified teachers, offering a wide variety of courses and social activities which result in an easy and quick learning of the language.

Our teachers are truly professionals in the field of teaching Spanish as a foreign language, and they are also the ones who create our method of teaching. All of them have university degrees in Spanish philology, with further qualifications in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language.

    At the Hernan Cortes Institute we encourage all our teachers to participate in further studies. This enriches our personal and professional development and allows us to be up to the minute with all the latest didactic techniques in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language.

   Students from thirty-eight different countries have visited us in the last years, including; Italy, Germany, France, USA, Holland, Brazil, UK, Eastern Europe, Japan, Norvege, Africa and others.
